"We had a very lovely stay here and were fortunate to stay in the old part with oval windows at the front of the hotel above the entrance. All very clean and service was excellent. The pillow was rather tall and hard, but otherwise the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Thank you so much "

"Really lovely hotel. We had a great 2 night stay in a lovely room. Sll the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed. With a great, modern bathroom. We really enjoyed our drink in the bar, and breakfast which was well worth the money. The hotel it in a great position. Just down the road from the Abbey, Roman baths and Pultney Bridge. With Sally Lunns a must see and almost opposite. Only down side was the incredibly loud door slams from other rooms...

"Very clean and very welcoming, helpful staff. Our only comment is the room was over warm with no way of switching off the radiator. This made it a little uncomfortable. Otherwise a lovely stay close to Bath and the lovely Christmas Market."
