"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"Initial check in was a bit hostile but the other receptionist made up for it! Room was ready early the room was clean and comfy. The spa and leisure facilities were great and the gym very well equipped. We didn’t eat in the bistro as it shuts early on a Monday but went to a lovely nearby pub. The grounds are beautiful in the hotel and worth a wonder. The car park seems pricey at £10 a night but the breakfast was stunning. Overall very pleased. "

"Nice Hotel in a great location, our family room seemed to have been recently refurbished and was very comfortable. The carpet seemingly hadn't been replaced though and was therefore pretty grubby - seems odd not to have replaced the carpet as part of the refurb. Bathroom was very nice and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was disappointing I'm afraid, not a lot of choice and the cooked option looked low quality so I opted for the continental option. All staff were lovely and very helpful"

"Absolutely the perfect hotel to stay at in Bath. Location is key and this property is walking distance to everything. The service is superb and the rooms are well maintained. "

"Quirky hotel in great position near shops etc. Only criticism was breakfast as poached eggs on both days were hard not runny. Otherwise good experience.There are only 7 car park spaces so unless you book early you won’t get one."

"24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?) Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money."
